CLM - Receptionist

OPENING: CLM –Receptionist


This position ensures that front office operations run smoothly and efficiently. Answer all incoming phone calls, greet & assist all visitors, customers and employees and help coordinate meetings, events or appointments.

Essential Functions:

  • Interact, greet and communicate current status and changes in information with employees, customers and visitors
  • Answer all incoming phone lines and route to appropriate parties
  • Assist in the coordination of customer/vendor & employee appointments or meetings
  • Manage daily punches for hourly employees in accordance with plant attendance policy and notify HR Generalist of any employees due for disciplinary action from attendance
  • Assists with scheduling and coordination of on-site interviews
  • Check in visitors and ensure the first steps of the visitor security process are followed
  • Type correspondence, reports, memos or data entry as assigned by Human Resources or Management
  • Other project work as assigned

Skills & Abilities

  • Education: High School diploma/GED required. Associate degree in a business related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in as a receptionist or front office coordinator, or 3-5 years working in a clerical environment as and administrative assistant
  • Computer Skills: Skilled with MS Office suite and working knowledge of multi-line phone systems
  • Certificates & Licenses: N/A
  • Other Requirements: Experience with multi-line phone system, good organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities, with an outgoing personality and a passion for people interaction
