The Tier I Technician is responsible for incoming technical calls, ticket routing, basic troubleshooting and problem resolution. Successful candidates will exhibit dependability, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong work ethic. This position can be demanding and fast moving, requiring someone who can exercise good judgment and significant initiative. Candidate must also possess problem-solving skills and ability to work within a team.
