Ray joined Climate Control Group in January 2018. His mission is to identify and implement a cohesive controls strategy across CCG companies and align with other NIBE entities. Prior to CCG, Ray held a number of US and overseas positions with Siemens Building Technologies ranging from R & D management, Business Management, Product Management and Technical Program Management. Ray graduated from Iowa State University with a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Ivey School of Business, U of Western Ontario, Canada.
