Aaron is responsible for developing and implementing the sourcing strategy for Climate Control Group. Aaron works closely with all of Climate Control Group's Business Units to ensure that purchasing and supply chain strategies are aligned with business needs and are properly leveraged. Aaron has over 20 years of industry experience. Aaron graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from the University of Louisville.
